Phi Delt > LXA > Pi Kapp Phi Delt - okay house, okay sorority relations, and have some really chill dudes. biggest problem facing them is numbers, but with ATO merging with them they should attract a larger fall PC class. if their merger with ATO goes smoothly, they will definitely pulll away from LXA and Pi Kapp. more known than the other two because of their history and current campus involvement. LXA - worst house out of these three, but their backyard is the best. they have a lot of cool dudes, but their sorority relations aren’t great so they usually hang with spirit groups. parties are pretty good and they are getting better every year as their chapter grows. Pi Kapp - nicest house out of these three, but from what i’ve heard, most of their guys are goons. (especially their older ones) also don’t have great sorority relations, so like LXA, you’ll see them hang with spirit groups a lot of the time. pretty sure ATO was going to merge with them, but ended up with Phi Delt instead. not sure what happened there.
