I would say that KS has the upper edge since they have a brand new house, but they have the same level of social, etc. both mix with the same sororities (aphi, chi o, axo, zta, tri delt). sae (now tx rho) is still around and they should still be able to recruit a decent amount of guys since they still have the house and alums. i would say that most rho rushees will sign sigep and the leftover guys who would normally go sigep will go with ka and kappa sig.
