I agree that AZD is weak but Phi mu is weak everywhere except for the south and DZ owes so much of its growth to acquisition that they are very weak because of it. It's one thing to open up your own DZ chapter and grow it from the ground up. It's quite something else to take some weak chapter and slap your label on it like they do so often. DZ blows pretty much everywhere except for just a few schools. DZ is a great example of size not equating to quality.
