Two of the biggest aspects of the program are: No Pledging, No Hazing: From day 1, all of our members have equal rights and responsibilities. There is absolutely no pledging process." It is becoming more and more apparent that eliminating Pledgeships and declaring houses to be "substance free is not a cure for bad behavior either. Balanced Man decreased the aspirin intake and insurance premiums for Nationals. It has done nothing to prevent incidents. Balanced Man has robbed SigEp Chapters of a critical tool for burnishing raw Rushees, and the trade-off does not seem to be a good one. When will Actives and Alumni leaders take back their fraternity?
