Hey guys! So I transferred to UT last year and was an AXiD at another school and reaffiliated here. I got on GreekRank and read some horrible things about the girls in this chapter here (and many other chapters as well) some things thrown out about the chapter here was that the girls were "awkward" or "rejects" or just "okay looking" this intimidated me because I was nervous I wouldn't fit in and I came from a school where AXiD was deemed a good sorority. Well I came to find out all of the girls were genuine, funny, pretty, and very social. They mixed with lots of different fraternities and some dated guys in sigma chi & FIJI (this doesn't even matter to me but so many people seem to care who mixes with who lol) I loved all the new friends I made and was confused on all the things I had read about them on here. I guess I just wanted to address the posts and it hurts my heart how divided Greek life is here. We should be supporting other women and chapters and putting down the stereotypes. It is saddening to be proud of the women you surround yourself with then get on this website and read things written by people who don't even personally know the girls. Every chapter has stereotypes and every one is hurt by them. I hope girls going through rush will follow their heart and not be scared by the negative things written on this website. I wish everyone good luck with recruitment and hope some people are influenced by this post to be supportive of one another!
