1. SAE - easily the best parties in normal years but ngl they lacked last year. Still by far #1. 2. Fiji - a lot of fun but get into a lot of fights with other frats, try super hard to make people think they are good. 3. SX - great national letters, best house on campus, rage hard. Their older guys will hold them back from being #1 but trust me they are about to make a splash like KS did. 4. KS - returned sooner than SX but SX has a better house. These guys throw the best parties outside of SAE. Need more time to move up. 5. needy. Dry house. No alc. the most boring fraternity in the top 6 or 7 groups. Even mid tiers have better events. Guys are solid and girls love them though. 6. DTD - great national name, rage hard , girls love them. Some guys can be nerdy though and a little try hard. 7. DU - a little nerdy but they have fun. Girls come around a lot and the guys are solid despite being nealcohol. 8. Pike - lost their house to SX, renting two mid sized houses 5 to 10 minutes off campus. We will see if they get a house and start to recover. I wouldn't rush anyone else tbh. Starts to get pretty weird after this.
