Top houses without a doubt and will always stay top Ksig will join high middle/low top during your time at college Sigma Chi could join Ksig too at that level but its 50/50tbh. Either will way it will establish itself as high middle in the next year or two, worth rushing for sure. Rest in middle are all good and have pros and cons, ex: Delt DU, Lodge lakehouses, TKE crazy shows, OX just always being good Low is basically the rest. Pike was low top/high middle before but lost their house otherwise the guys are better than everything on this list except SAE and Fiji tbh. Acacia and SigEp are worth going to, maybe Pike but nothing else
