As someone who lives in the Langdon area I have been confused as well with the sitaution after receiving numerous emails from the housing owner to live in the house next year. Pike has always filled the house being one of the bigger fraternities on campus but Sig Chi owns the house I guess?? But the rumor is that sig chi fraternity is so small the only way the housing company can make any profit if even is to rent the house to none fraternity members as well. Sig Chi member has been asking so many of my friends to live in the house. Seems as if this housing company should just let pike keep it if they want to stay afloat.
