Aphi and Kappa are already tied for top house with Gphi in a very distant, irrelevant second position. It comes down to the quality and type of girls these houses attract. Aphi and Kappa are just 2 different sides to the same coin. They are both really popular and sought after by frats and PNMs. They emphasize looks with Aphi being more model, IG hot, but kinda plasticky and Kappa while slightly less attractive but definitely more stylish, wealthy, and put together girls. Meanwhile, Gphi is just very meh, a kinda frumpy, very Midwestern, some cute/some definitely not group. They also have some really weird and awkward girls. (Looking at their class last year, I think a majority were Aphi/Kappa rejects.)
