If you really want to cob somewhere… GO TO COB EVENTS!!! Both Theta and Dphie have scheduled events! There is absolutely no harm in going to a cob event. You don’t like it? then don’t go back. People should really not rely on the hope that certain chapters will cob. At least try out the ones that are!
