this is how it's been for years. Transfer sophomores don't seem to be penalized as much, but if you're not a transfer, you just take way more cuts. Don't take it personally and just keep a good attitude. I promise it will be fine - I rushed as a sophomore and knew a ton of girls who did and we all loved where we ended up.
