No. That's not how it works. Pnm's drop out of recruitment when they don't like their remaining options and refuse to give the chapters that want them a chance. There is not a set number of bids or total number of pnm's to release at any round. The release figures assigned to each chapter by panhellenic are integrated into the total number of pnm's as a whole, with some chapters having to release more and others less. The first round is the largest number of releases, based on percentage, from the individual chapters. Releases are a lower percentage for each successive round. You will be released from chapters but not totally from recruitment. The number of pnm's getting asked back and receiving bids is actually maximized by this system.
