i hateeeee this kind of attitude. deeph was such a solid chapter for so long and if more people gave them a chance they would still be a solid chapter, which is better for every other chapter's health too. the deeph girls i know are so fun and they still do formals and socials and sisterhoods. if deeph closes then sdt is likely going to be the next chapter that takes that spot (basing this off of old stuff bc ten years ago old aephi was wayyyy worse than how deeph is now and deeph's rep then was like sdt's now, and aephi being taken over by theta didnt impact agd/pi phi/zeta - just deeph)
