From what i’ve gathered, Phi Delt’s merger with OX has all of the rising sophomores officially joining the frat. While the pgp situation is still unclear, Phi Delt didn’t have a pgp before so the assumption is being made that Tri Delt doesn’t have any better options. Honestly, I think they’ll start as a mid tier frat for the fall. Depending on the type of parties they throw, who they mix with, and how their rush goes could make or break them as a top 5 house on campus.
