Yup, unfortunately top houses can’t last long these days. Beta, Sig Chi, SAE, Sig Nu, Lambda and Phi Delt were once the cream of the crop but are shadows of their former selves at best. The ironic part is that Greek life is a lot tamer than it was in the 70s/80s - pledging back then was WAY more brutal and academics were easier leaving more time to party.
