Touse: OX, SNU, TEP easily the top 3, even though snu doesn’t have a party house they still have amazing relations and are a good frat overall. Tep consistently throws good socials, even though half the frat is squids the other half absolutely carries relations. Theta Chi has been on the up for a while and have gotten great pc’s over the last year and also have good socials. Lower touse: ATO, Sig Chi Ato is still good but there upper classmen are carrying the frat so hard. new kids are a bunch of squids for the most part and only have relations because of there old heads. brick isn’t bad and still have decent socials. Sig chi had a pretty good pc this fall but what is hurting them is losing there party house for next year, overall pretty good frat upper Mouse: Beta, Zeta Psi Beta got a decent pc this fall but will lose all there rushes to tep in the spring like always. overall there dartys are good and tent parties are pretty fun as well. Zeta Psi is just mid but have decent socials and there dartys sometimes get lit but sometimes there buns. Mid: Lambda, Dsig, Ka not much to say about them, overall just mid. parties are mid, relations are mid, and the guys are mid lower mouse: Adphi(rip) ZBT adphi had pretty good dartys but now they are gone, zbt has like one decent tent party a year Bouse: everyone else don’t even join the frats that aren’t on this list they are most likely terrible
