Hey, I'm a pnm and I overheard older girls in my Chem class talk about how most is decided pre rush since it's spring rush this time. Basically I don't know a ton of upper class men who are sororities and don't want that to effect my chance at any chapter. Is this true? Is most of the girls they want decided pre recruitment since older girls already know the freshman? Thanks!
