the issue is who they mix with often, not that theyve done it once. sigma chi has mixed with pi phi, but obviously they don't mix with them often. Same with DSP/LXA and phi sig and same with Beta and adpi. They definitely mix but they don't have the greatest relations and I don't think it's what OP was asking
