Delta has been a top tier local on this campus for years. Panhel sucks and always fumbles great chapters like this. No frat would do that to one of their own chapters I’m shocked to see NPC be so retarded with the way they handle their members and organizations. Delta should affiliate and go national! Delta if they offer something good and aren’t NPC level strict why not chat with them? Maybe it’ll provide more benefits to members than being local imo
