this gal ^^ has the right mindset!!!! Honestly it can be a shock to walk to panhel in the AM and be slapped with what can feel like rejection. I promise you it’s not. We vote on girls but we don’t cut them- an algorithm does. No one knows exactly how it works. It’s basically trying to optimize everyone getting a bid from SOMEWHERE. Chapters that had a lot of girls rank them high actually get less girls at each round, even if every active member were to give every single PNM a perfect score, a lot of those girls won’t end up getting matched back to the chapter. Not stressing about being cut from your “favourites” might show that you’re able to fit in more chapters than some other gals! The chapters you got will be so so lucky to have you back <3 pce n love !!!
