realistically once grand prix rolls around, we all know we are going to want to go to only two houses. Theta Chi and SAE no other house even compares to the parties they throw, and most likely they will have the biggest list size to throw the biggest party. We can say all we want about SAE since the little scandal, but all in all, they are still relevant, they still have gfs in the best houses, and if they threw tomorrow, everyone would want to get on the list
