TOP: 1. Sig Chi - selectively keeps most of the weirdos out. Also a nice house and insane alumni network will keep them on top despite being on limited probo this semester. They're paired with Kappa for football. Rep: rich and preppy 2. SAE - massive house and the recent fall classes have been good. Spring classes have a few weirdos, but that's every house. Really fun group of guys and possibly above Fiji since they've been able to stay out of trouble. They're paired with APhi for football. Rep: party animals 3. FIJI - small house but strong brotherhood and sorority connections. Recent classes have been off, but still miles ahead of Delts and Pi Kapps. Oddly, they're paired with Zeta this year. Rep: strong traditions UPPER MID: 4. Phi Psi - membership review killed them a few years back, so they were forced to bid for numbers, resulting in a bunch of weird guys. Still, they run the darty scene and have a really nice house. Above Delts and Pi Kapps socially imo. They're paired with Pi Phi. Rep: party animals 5. Pi Kapps - above delts bc delts can't function this year. They're house sucks, but are generally a really cool group of guys. They're on the nerdier side tho. If this was a philanthropy ranking, they would be 1. Paired with DG. Rep: nerds who party 6. Delts - relatively large house. However, the lack of selectivity and recent probation keeps them below phi Psi and pi kapps atm. They generally pair well though, as they're with Chi O this semester. Rep: almost frat stars MID: 7. Beta - amazing house and cool guys. Being dry is a huge let down though. They're paired with theta for football. Rep: nice guys 8. ZBT - bidding anyone who walks in has resulted in a weido for every cool guy. They have their social circles, but lack of selectively and easy pledgeship really hurts them. Paired with AXO for football. Rep: mixed bag 9. Theta Chi - nothing special. Decent guys, decent house, decent sorority rep. Paired with tri delts this year. 10. KSig - trouble with nationals and recent member review has knocked them off the top in recent years. One of the nicest houses on campus and last year's fall class is really cool though. Fingers crossed these guys can rebound.
