Truth is Purdue has several “top houses” who all pair with top frats. But alpha phi, chi o & Kappa all have strong reputations and are typically most sought after during rush. Alpha Phi & Chi O are more similar in my opinion. They take out of state girls, and both are fun and pair well with frats. Chi O is definitely more focused on academics & Alpha Phi is more focused on partying. Whoever said kappa picks their PC out before rush is right. All in state girls plus a couple smart ones from out of state who feel like outsiders. Kappa gives off “I’m too good for everyone” vibe unless you’re Fiji.
