>= means about equal but one is slightly better Tier 1 (good houses) touse: delts >= sigs low top/upper mid: sae > acacia >= zbt > pike >= phi psi >= fiji > ato big gap Tier 2 (ok houses) snu >= aepi > dchi > phi delt big gap Tier 3 (****ty houses) asig >= phi tau disclaimers since this site has a lot of bias 1. no snu/aepi you are not the an upper mid, snu tries to put themselves with zbt/phi psi/pike/fiji when in reality they’re blocked with phi sig and are just a strong mid house 2. sae is not touse, a very strong #3 but not quite at delts/sigs. still a great house though 3. pike is not touse, but also not mid. seen messed up lists putting them either with delts (too high) or with snu(too low). a solid upper mid/low top. 4. ato did not fall off. the sa case hurts them but does not completely disqualify. they were always a low top/upper mid and will continue to be, def not a mid house and are still good. 5. sigs is not upper mid. seen too many posts saying they fell off. yes they’re recent classes aren’t up to standard but they’re still maintaining relations as touse.
