I'm the exact same way. It takes me a while before I can be extroverted around people. Speaking as someone who was on the sorority-side of things last year, it really doesn't matter if your introverted or extroverted! Rush is just a lot of small talk that is usually guided by the person recruiting you! Definitely rush, you can always drop from formal recruitment if you decide otherwise!
