But in any case Theta Chi has only recently come back after being gone for 40 years, I mean that is just a fact. Therefore, they have no alums from the last 40 years. I was just commenting between the two - honestly, there are better houses in the mid range. Take your time and look around. I wont mention any because you will think I am one of them. How bout this - neither should be your top choice. But if they are all you have, DU is better.
