what makes you think only 50 out of 1,000 girls have recs? we get a lot of recs don't fool yourself because you haven't taken the time to secure them. the best pnms take recruitment seriously. the houses spend an incredible amount of time preparing for recruitment we have 20 minutes tops and 20 parties, you had better be very special and make sure you don't get paired up with a quiet member who does not contribute much or worse one who forgets your name there are over 1,000 girls you had better do something to get noticed. personally recs with pictures are the best way to get noticed
