They sold half of their land for $7 Million dollars. They are keeping the other half of their land and building a mansion on it. It will make DTD and SAE and even Sigs and Pikes look like dumps. Question for you all is....will they immediately jump to Top Tier, considering how many kids here pledge chapters because of their nice house (ie Beta)?
