Hasn't actually been gone that long (I think they closed in either 2010 or 2011). This will also be their second recolonization in six or seven years. They really struggled the first time they came back -- I don't think they ever actually did formal recruitment. I wonder if they might not have just waited a few years. Sometimes it's best to hold off on recolonizing until the chapter's old reputation has faded. That said, I'd like to see them do well. They're one of Phi Sig's oldest chapters, and one of their alumnae created "Guiding Light" and "As the World Turns."
