Their current location is a bit far from campus, but there are two fairly strong fraternities in the same area, and they seem to do ok. You can come in an help the house grow. They are new but have good potential. True they are not the most popular, but most people here are not that obsessed with that, and most guys really don't care, if that is a factor for you.
