There were some really good posts here. Nice to see on this site. Do you think new chapters would have a better chance if houses were limited to a certain number of girls. Not a minimum (quota), but rather a maximum. I don't know average chapter size, but let's say lower it by 50. Them you would have let's say an additional 800 girls for the new let's say 5 chapters. Then numbers would be more even. My numbers are very rough, I know the number of chapters but not the average size. Just trying to encourage discussion, not claiming to know the answer.
