You're one of the good ones, lol. Glad to have a reasonable discussion on this board. I would consider it positive too, although I am not currently in a hiring position. Recommendation - Definitely try to use your alums, they not only have access to job opportunities but might know of others that do as well. I've helped a few guys myself but mostly for internships.
