First of all, a bid from Theta Xi is nothing to get excited about. I know guys who visited Theta Xi house for the first time, and got a bid as they were walking out the door. Theta Xi has no rep at all on campus, good or bad. It's an apartment building with letters on it. DChi at one time was one of the Top Five best houses on campus (way back in the 80's-90's). That was a while ago, they are not considered top now but they do have WAY better history here, and they actually have a personality. Take your time, and see other houses if you can, but if you feel you are under the gun and need to make a choice, choose DChi.
