They were top tier in the 80's and 90's, so not sure when you graduated. They are top tier now also, which I count as the Top Five (DG, Theta, DDD, AXO, and GPhi). Maybe they were in a weak period when you were at UofI, but for most or all of their existence they have been one of the best. Historically, probably right behind DG and Theta.
