The recruiters will not have any formal recruitment information from Panhellenic so they will only know what you tell them. I wouldn't address it unless it comes up in an organic way. Then I would say that you started out knowing that Phi Mu was an option if you didn't feel a real connection to any other house and that you'd be excited to have the opportunity to be involved with starting a chapter. Remember that Phi Mu will not just accept everyone, so be on your game when you visit with the recruiters. Good Luck!
