I suspect their group will be mostly girls who dropped formal recruitment or didn't get a bid. which could be really great because they'll be motivated to form a supportive community amongst themselves. I see it as a good back up plan for myself if formal recruitment doesn't play out for me. ultimately though, where phi mu falls will be pretty much entirely based on the motivation of the phi mu's to establish themselves.
