Acacia did have a sick house in the 1980's until they got kicked off. At that time, Acacia was definitely top tier with Sigs and Betas...while ATO & Pike were "maybe"top 10. Regarding nice houses & alumni influence, at that time, Phi Delt and Sigma Nu also landed some good sorority exchanges and Blocks. That was then, this is now........Which houses will dominate in 2030 ?
