Betas are NOT even close to Phi Delts and Phi Psi yet. They did a decent job recolonizing, but let's not put the horse ahead of the cart here. I agree that having a mansion looking house helps recruiting, but I wonder if you want guys who join because of your building. If anyone is familiar with Acacia history, some alum(s) donated a ton of money and they built a ridiculous mansion, by far the nicest house on campus and a block from KAM's. Then the undergrads screwed up, got kicked off campus, and that mansion is now the Library and Information Science Building.
