Theta will start over from scratch. There won't be any chapter connections from previous members to base their rush on, legacy won't matter, and local area young alumnae will do the rushing for the founding member class with NO former SMU members involved. Upperclassmen will be highly desired for their leadership potential so they will be looking for sophs and juniors with solid GPA's and campus involvement to help start the new Theta.
