Sorry but if you’re not top 3 you don’t mix with the top frats. And yes it matters to freshmen guys what letters you wear. It’s dishonest to say it doesn’t. Outside the top 3 you might get a function with Phi Delt but Sigma Chi and SAE aren’t mixing outside the top 3.
