Lots of pnm's don't know anyone, that's not a barrier to a bid like this terrible site says. People like to come on here to try to scare pnm's for fun and a lot of them are not in a sorority or don't even go to SMU, they're trolls with a chip on their shoulder. It will be more difficult for you as a soph though because freshmen are more desired. But it's not impossible at all to find your people and get a bid. You are in better shape if you have excellent college grades and look put together with a good insta. Don't worry about things you can't control, you can only worry about what YOU can affect. Try to stay positive and open minded. Be confident, if you are insecure it will show and that's not good for recruitment.
