How they pick is most apparent in the first round where the chapters' priorities decide the pnm's they will carry to Philanthropy: - Grades and involvement houses - DDD, XO, DG, AXO (you need a good GPA and resume to get past the first round and where you are from and who you know are not as important, these houses want quality members) - Connections-only houses - PBP, KKG (if you aren't from certain high schools you won't be considered and they have the lowest grades and involvement but really don't care) - Still building because they're new - ADPi (but still will not take just anybody for the sake of numbers, they will probably end up being one of the grades/involvement houses) - There are no bottom houses here, and "mid" vs "top" is purely personal opinion based on how your priorities align with the chapters' priorities. Don't get your sites set on any houses until you get your Philanthropy schedule back to see where you will actually be rushing in person. The in-person rounds are based on best fit with the vibe of the chapter and how your conversations go, as well as the way you present yourself in appearance and poise. All chapters have gorgeous fun girls.
