i mean both are still bottom but I think dphie attracts more "weird" girls so that's probably why it's harder for them to recruit. However, asa is still such a newer chapter and also most girls have probably never even heard of them prior to rush given that they don't have many chapters across the country. ASA has less members so the 1 active with 2-3 pnm ratio is quite off putting compared to basically all other chapters. However DPhiE can be seen as "weird" by pnms and I know that they have bad retention compared to asa and many other chapters.
