Join these Frats (other posts written by lower tier houses). First all houses are good houses. Acacia: One of the top houses at Penn State. The school and Acacia alumni are working things out. A must rush. Biggest house at Penn State. Pike: Also one of the top houses at Penn State. They have a great yard and the top sororities hang there. Big plans for the fall. Must rush. Sig Chi: Strong new brothers. Some of the best events in the new fence yard (top tier sororities got to paint their letters). Yes Sig Chi is independent- and one other top house is rumored to be for fall. Fully renovated house. TKE: Also a top and nice house, great events. Took some great pledges and house is full for the fall. TKE is NOT on suspension. ATO: NICE house. If Thon is your thing - they do it better than anyone. Parties getting better. Top houses have great events and sometimes get noise citations. Walk by some of the houses listed in other posts as top tier - where are the girls?
