So much negativity gets posted on this website and it honestly might cause kids to not want to rush. Here’s positives about every Top, Upper mid, and middle tier frat that could spark any PNM’s interest. Will also be listed in order of ranks. TOP TIER: DChi and pike: These guys are really into the gym, working out, and athletics and are great houses to look into if you are big into these already Acacia: Extremely large brotherhood, good for someone who wants to be involved in greek life but no necessarily have any large roles in a frat. Also very into sports and beautiful house. Sig Ep: Beautiful house and also very much into lifting and working out. From what i remember a decent portion of their brotherhood is ROTC. ATO and TKE: Nice houses and extremely close brotherhoods. These guys are average guys but in top frats and are just normal dudes that anyone could get along with. DU: Really nice party room and daylong yard and smaller brotherhood size for top houses. Has great core values as an org and tight knit brotherhood Lambda, Phi Psi, AEPi: All smaller brotherhoods that are close with eachother but still have long histories at PSU. Top houses but not the best of top meaning you get the top experience and still get to be around some normal cool dudes. UPPER TIER: Sig Pi, AGR, Phi Who, AGR, TDX: All of these houses will grant you similar experiences. Down to earth normal guys who generally all run socials together. All have nice houses with their own unique characteristics and great socials. Medium sized brotherhoods. Fiji: Unlike the rest of these houses its location is much better for class and such being on campus. They still have a similar sized brotherhood and have socials with the other upper mid frats. MIDDLE TIER: Far Sig, APD, TEP, Pi Kapp: These brotherhoods are all mostly smaller in size but still are some cool guys. These houses are a tad bit less involved in the social scene but still throw fun parties. All extremely normal guys who are just looking to make friends and aren’t as inclined towards the culture surrounding top orgs.
