TOP TIER 1. D Chi, Pike, Acacia, BSB 2. Sig Ep, ATO 3. TKE, DU 4. Lambda, AEPI, Phi Psi Top houses throw generally very fun socials and have extremely strong brotherhoods and sorority pairs with a few exceptions. UPPER MIDDLE TIER 4. Sig Pi, AGR, Phi Who, FIJI, TDX 5. Far Sig, APD, TEP, Pi Kapp, Chi Phi Upper middle tier houses throw fun socials similar to top houses but lack on sorority pairs and strength of brotherhoods. The higher u go in this category the stronger the brotherhood and better the pairs are. GAP LOWER MID-TIER 6. PKT, ZBT, SKULLS, Dsig Lower middler tier houses throw sub average parties and typical have few or no sorority pairs at all. These houses rely heavily on freshman for socials and their parties die off in the spring. BOTTOM TIER 8. ADPhi, AKL, Asig 9. Mudhouse, Treehouse Personally don’t know too much about these houses. Extremely small brotherhoods and usually do not social much or at all.
