There’s different types of suspension. Acacia and bsb were under interim suspension, which means they were suspended until an investigation was complete. Investigation was over and they were off interim suspension right before rush/thon, but still unsure if they will face sanctions. Sig chi was actually suspended for 4 years after being on interim suspension and being investigated. But sig chi is also suing the school and might just disaffiliate like sammy did.
