Top is very competitive (400-1000rushes per house and only 20 bids p/house) UpperMid is just competitive (200-600 rushes per house and only 35 bids p/house) Middle Is not competitive (100-300 rushes per house and 50 bids p/house) Lower mid/ bottom is a whack. They’ll offer anyone a bid who steps foot in their house during rush. Not worth it though. (20-150 rushes per house and 50 bids p/house)
