I don't think I've ever seen a more rapid drop than Chi Phi. In 2017, they were tapping onto moving into tier 4. Now, they've dropped all the way down to 7, letting houses like pikapp, dke, skulls, far sig, tep, zbt, and akl pass them. I hope you guys enjoy your new spot next to Sig Tau
