with bsb kicked off the only frats that are in tier one are sig chi dchi and pike. You can put them in any order but as of now it’s 1. Dchi- still number one even though pike and sig chi are right behind them. Have the most consistent parties 2. Sig chi- Similar to d chi but just a little less consistent 3. Pike- same as sig chi however a majority of the other frats and strats don’t like pike but still at 3
